I am a fully qualified CPCAB Counsellor in Person-Centred Therapy based in Nottingham.

I am an Accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.

I have undertaken CPD's and hold Diplomas in Mindfulness, Mindfulness Teaching, Buddhism, Breathwork and Meditation.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT - 20 MIN SESSION - FREE

Person-Centred therapy - 50 min session - £45

Mindfulness Therapy - 50 Minute session - £45

Mindfulness practice - 50 min session - £40

Sessions are available Monday to Friday, both online across the UK and in person at Nottingham Counselling Service in Nottingham. Availability may vary, so please contact me to discuss suitable appointment times.
